WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS
TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPPORT ACTIVITIES
- Installation : placement/ deployment of brand new units as indicated on Trade Asset Agreement.
- Re-installation: placement/deployment of re-conditioned; refurbished & repaired units previously installed as indicated in Trade Asset Agreement.
- Regular Maintenance (RM) : - is conducted once every quarter. It strives to accomplish four major goals: keep track of the unit (asset tracking), check status of parts and overall status of the unit, clean and sanitize the unit, remind outlet on daily maintenance of dispenser
- Service Calls ( SC ) : Repairs / Service rendered for received calls/ reports thru phone, text message, or e-mail regarding machines needing service by technician as reported by Outlet, Client’s Sales Representative or from RM report.
- Pull Out ( PO ) : retrieving the unit from the outlet to shop as per advice from Client’s representative or outlet request.
- Special Event / Demo ( SED ) – installation/set up and pull out of dispenser during special activity as indicated on Special Event Request Form
